Annette Benedetti, Thanksgiving, Lasagna

I have very few traditions I hold on to, but every Thanksgiving I make my family’s special lasagna. This recipe is so unique that I’ve never come across a dish like it here or overseas. It requires hours of work that includes making two sauces, creating noodles from scratch, and assembling all of the parts. I love every minute of it and so do my children. Today I made (as I always do) enough lasagna for both Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.

This is my first attempt at documenting this tradition! Happy Thanksgiving!
