In all fairness, I did put out a FB warning stating that anyone who was around me, with any sort of regularity, should expect to be asked to model for one of my practice photography sessions. I need practice, lots and lots of practice. Fortunately, I have some very supportive co-workers. Matt Marquis, one of the talented designers I work with, agreed to help me out today.
Admittedly, I was a little bit nervous. His super talented wife, Kaitlynn, is a successful photographer who works locally. You can check her work out at Creo Photography. I knew that my uncertainty as a newbie photographer, would be glaringly obvious to him. As it turns out, he was the perfect model. He was clearly an experienced test subject.
I had tons of fun trying to capture his creativity. I struggle with shots where there is a lot of movement (it was pretty dark out today too). But I think I got a couple of good ones!
Sending a big “Thank you!” out to both Matt and his wife!
