I’m in the middle of training for Cascade Lakes Relay (I only have a couple of weeks to pull it together!) I’m running, taking yoga classes, and trying to eat…well…less than I did when I was in Utah. But frankly, I can’t stop thinking about the amazing food I had while I was at Utah House.
So when I get hungry, instead of eating I go back through my photos and edit images of food I wish I could eat again like these amazing handheld pies made by Chef Marco (I’ll get to him later) and Traeger Grills.
They totally taste as good as they look.
